12. “International Center for Ginseng Quality Research and Industrial Development” was established on 12 th March 2014 by Macau University of Science and Technology, Institute of Special Animal and Plant Sciences of CAAS and People’s Government of Fusong, Jilin
13. Joint Laboratory of Chinese Medicine Authentication ofState Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine (Macau University of Science and Technology) & Guangzhou Port Institute for Drug Control (People’s Republic of China) was established on 28 th April 2015
14. “Dr. Neher’s Biophysics Laboratory for Chinese Medicine” was established on 6th December 2016 and was later identified as “Dr. Neher’s Biophysics Laboratory for Innovative Drug Discovery” on 14 th September 2020
15. “Macau University of Science and Technology Clinical Centre for Teaching and Research” was established at Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on 26 th March 2017
16. “Guangdong-Macao Joint Research Center for HEC Cordyceps” was established with Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Health (National Clinical Research Center for Respiratory Disease) and HEC (The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine - Key Laboratory of Cultivation and Product Development of Cordyceps) on 1st August 2017
17. “Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China Joint Laboratory for Translational Cancer Research of Chinese Medicine” was established with Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine on 16 th April 2018
18. “Zhuhai and Macao Industry-Academia-Research Collaborative Innovation Platform for Laboratory Animals” was co established with Zhuhai BesTest Bio-Tech, Ltdon 14 th March 2019
19. “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Laboratory Animal Innovative and Sharing Service Union” was established with Guangdong Medical Laboratory Animal Center, Guangzhou Regenerative Medicine and Health Guangdong Laboratory (Bioland Laboratory) and State Key Laboratory for Emerging Infectious Diseases (The University of Hong Kong) on 9 th December 2019 and was later identified as“Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Laboratory Animal Sharing Service and Technological Innovation Union” on 20th April 2020
20. “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Joint Laboratory of Collaborative Innovation for Environmental Quality” was established with Jinan University, Guangdong SDL Environmental Technology Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Etran Technologies INC, Guangdong Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd, Guangzhou HeXin Instrument Co., Ltd, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Guangdong Provincial Academy of Environmental Science on 19 th December 2019
21. “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Joint Laboratory for Infectious Diseases” was established with The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University (State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease), Chinese Academy of Sciences (Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health), The University of Hong Kong (Pasteur Research Pole, School of Public Health),Guangzhou King Med Diagnostics Group and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on the 28 th December 2019
22. “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Joint Laboratory for Chinese Medicine and Immunological Disease Research” was established with Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University, University of Macau and Guangzhou Youcare Biopharmaceutics Co., Ltd on 25 th November 2020
23. The establishment of“Macau Centre for Innovative Chinese Medicine and Industrialization Technology” involving State Key Laboratory of Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine, Faculty of Chinese Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine and University Hospital, a comprehensive medical and medicinal embodiment on 26 th November 2020
24. “Zhuhai Macau Joint Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Life Health”was established with Zhuhai College of Science and Technology on 13 th January 2022
25. The “Joint Laboratory of Cell and Gene Therapy Drug Development and Translation ” has been established under the leadership of Macau University of Science and Technology and TIANJIN INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL RESEARCH on 25 th April 2024
26. “The State Key Laboratory of Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine -Macao Translational Center Joint Laboratory”was established with Macao Translational Center on 25 th February 2025
27. Led by State Key Laboratory of Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine, Macau University of Science and Technology, and jointly established with Shenzhen Gebiga Molecular Drug Innovation Center Co., Ltd the National Center for Molecular Drug Innovation has been formed on 3rd.January.2025.
28. The “Guangdong-Macau Joint Laboratory for Innovative Drug Research om TCM and Natural-Derived Small RNAs (Macau University of Science and Technology)” has been established under the leadership of Macau University of Science and Technology, in collaboration with multiple innovative entities from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including Shenzhen University, the National Center for Molecular Drug Innovation, and Ruina (Zhuhai Hengqin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd
